I have been a patient here for years. Dr Anderson is GREAT!! Her staff is rude!!! They do not care about your concerns, and not to mention I have a balance every visit. Even if I have paid prior to the visit. They give you the run around about your paperwork.

Great doctor's office! Kind and caring staff along with amazing and skilled doctors! My two sons and I have been patients here for many years and I could not ask for better doctors!!

I am currently looking for a doctor that can be consistent with my pregnancy and was recommended to this place and to Dr. Anderson. I called asked them if they were taking new patients, gave them my insurance information, and told them the reason for my visit, we scheduled my appointment and I waited. Well here I am today the day of my appointment, I go in fill out all of my paperwork and wait there for an hour. I had to call my insurance and change the name of my doctor just to be seen. Just to get all the way to the room, speaking with the nurse and her getting my information just for someone to come in and tell me that Dr. Anderson is no longer taking pregnant patients and that NONE of their doctor's take pregnant patients. SMH!!! It was the most unprofessional, embarassing, waist of time I have ever experienced. The front desk staff is not helpful at all. Someone could have explained to us that there were no OBGYN's in their practice. I am upset and very disappointed.
