Communication is not the best here. The online application was quick and easy which was a blessing. Got approved and was in a good spot for a while. Went in to get some additional funds, kept getting the run around from the office. Not angry just disappointed.

These people are nothing but loan sharks . My mother has a loan with them which was paid ,on time every month for over a year. She had a stroke and could no longer work . She got behind on payments . I spoke to the manager several times and let her know as soon as my mother started getting checks again , they would be paid . They still filed a civil summons against her . Every letter was replied to and phone calls were answered . They called at least three times per week and harassed everyone .

I think the manager ,Chris is very helpful , kind and efficient, please also add Brandi too , she came up to me while Chris was helping me with my loan and introduced herself to me and said hello, the office in Murfreesboro has great office morale and its because the have a great manager Chris running that office and he cares about his employees, great service! I attempted to use the roadside assistance that was offered to me when I took out a loan with Republic Finance, just last night, as my car broke down 0.8 miles from my home. I called the number on my 'platinum membersip' card and they said my membership covered up to $100 for a tow. I gave them all my information, location of my car, and the tow destination, which was less than one mile (.8/miles). They said someone would call me regarding availability and any 'overage' amounts that might apply. Two hours later someone calls me, not to tell me they have a tow set up for me, but that the fee for the tow was going to be $875.00, of which I would have to pay $775.00 cash. I have the voice mail from the lady which I am thinking about posting on YOUTUBE, as a warning to anyone considering this company. Called a local tow company and they were out in twenty minutes and it cost me $60.00. Stay away from this company.
