LoveBound is a cool franchise. I gave this location 2 stars because I felt like the associates really didn't wanna help me. I also felt rushed out. It could be me but that's just my 2 cents. *Edit* I just scrolled down to read some of the reviews and obviously others have had the same experience I had. I failed to mention before I left out I felt the associate at the desk staring at me so I turned around, lo and behold she's watching me leave. I never like to give ppl the racist jacket but this place sure has all the indirect symptoms of racism.

I bought a robe 2 days ago, dressing rooms unavailable but the tag said it was my size so I spent the $38.40 (tax included). The robe was not true to size at all, I drove the 30 minutes to the store to see about a possible exchange even if I had to pay a difference, originally not interested in a refund. I was told that the robe is considered lingerie and all sales were final, even though I was not told this at the time of sale. Wasted my time and money on poor customer service and overpriced products. Will not be returning.

I went in there on a Saturday night with my boyfriend. It wasnt packed but only a few people in the store. I wanted to try on some lingerie so I asked the ladies at the front desk for a fitting room. There were two or three fitting rooms in the back of the store down a small hallway. There were pull curtains for doors. I was trying on some tops I picked out. I started hearing voices outside the fitting rooms. My boyfriend text me that a big group of people just walked into the store. All the sudden a man with a cowboy hat pulled my curtain back to my fitting room and I was so shocked. I yelled woah woah woah and he left quickly. I had no clothes on. For starters, I have no idea who this man is. Why is he in the fitting room hallway? Why is he comfortable enough to pull a curtain back inside the fitting room area. I text my boyfriend and asked if there was a man out there with a cowboy hate and he said yes, theres 3 men and I told he what happened. He told the associates quickly and one announced no one should be in the fitting rooms if they arent trying on anything. I was so shaken up and confused I hurried and got my clothes back on and left. I pointed the man out to the associates. He was with a woman that was browsing and a few other people. They didnt ask him to leave. The entire situation was sketchy. I couldve called the cops. I should have made it a bigger deal but I was just ready to get out of there. I will never go back there.
