I dont use this service but my next door neighbor does. This service continues to blow leaves. Lots and lots and lots of them onto my property. I asked the crew not to on three different occasions but they continue to do it so they won't have to pick them up. I tried to call the office but no one answered. If they treat a neighbors in such a way, what corners will they cut at yours.

These landrapers are contracted to do the landscaping for our HOA. For $108k/year we get our weeds kinda cut. That said, our contract says they are supposed to kill the weeds a couple of times a year & fertilize 3 times a year. Since I have outdoor cams I can tell exactly what they are doing & that's mowing. I hired a lawyer to contact Ghertner (HOA) since the contract is between our HOA & Quality Land Management. It just so happens that John Floyd (Ole South, our developer) is on the front page of their web site. Since our community isn't complete, Ole South controls everything. Residents are helpless as far as the quality of the contracted services. So thank you John Floyd, Ole South, QLM and Ghertner for screwing us.
