My experience was terrible. From the point of walking in I was a worried pet mom. It was 1 am they were apparently waiting for a a dog with more important issue so they kicked me out the room bc I wasnt the person who previously called in. My dog is not 100% comfortable see thats was a new vet. They said he was snappy and I could hear them talking in the back about him . Also as Im leaving no empathy was shown by the front desk associate she basically told me they was to busy to be dealing with a dog that has no problem. Im like oh wow. Ask for some suggested vets and as a vet in Chattanooga if you ask any vet for a recommendation they have at least I That was like pulling teeth because Im apparently wasting time. But if I pay an emergency fee of $130 I dont care if my dog was in perfectly good health I think I have paid for at least an hour of your time. Would not recommend going here. I should have listen to the 3 stars they already had

We took our Siberian Husky there today because she was having some bloody stool, but overall feeling like her normal happy energetic self! My boyfriend and I were still very concerned tho so we decided to take her here. The nurses and doctor were all VERY sweet and professional. They made sure to call me with every update (we had to stay in the car due to covid) and they ran a bunch of tests and took stool samples. They gave us her diagnosis and gave her the medication she needed and told us of other things we could give her at home that could help. They were extremely kind and helpful during this time. As a pet parent I greatly appreciate how sweet they were with our dog. The cost was 200$ but that included the check up, medication, and testing. A little pricey, but you are going to an emergency room for pets so that is to be expected. And we would have paid our last dime if we had to, to treat her. So I feel very confident in saying God forbid we have another emergency with her or our other husky we will be taking them back here.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. For an ER clinic in my area, I am very upset with this establishment. I will now drive to NVS from now on. I brought my foster pup in on Memorial weekend. I found 2 masses in his groin region that literally came up that day. He was in pain. Salivating, panting, wouldn't lay down, eat or drink. I brought him in and of course was not able to go inside. I spoke to them on the phone and told him he has a hernia already (which wasn't even noted on his chart). He had thrown up multiple times and the last couple were liquid. They proceeded to tell me when his xrays came back that he had something in his stomach and to let it pass. Then I told them again he should not have anything there. They charged about 1200.00 to treat his symptoms. And said he should feel better in the morning. Also to take him to the vet right at 12 hrs because that's when the meds would wear off and to get his masses aspirated and biopsy. But no immediate threat. He went to the vet the next day in worse shape than the night before. Turns out he was on his death bed. Strangulated hernia and his intestines were the mass. MISDIAGNOSED AND GAVE A PROGNOSIS THAT WOULD HAVE KILLED HIM IMMEDIATELY. He should have had the surgery that night while at BP. Our vet took him in for ER surgery and removed 10 inches of dead intestines. A week later removed another 4 inches. And his organs were shutting down after his 2nd surgery. He crossed the rainbow bridge 6/2/2020. Turns out they didn't even XRay his area that had the masses. After getting the rescue involved and their vet and also the director of BP, they decided to refund $300 out of 1200. And lost a life of a precious dachshund baby. This place is a joke. And so are the vets, managers, and director. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Our Little Nicky lost his life because they weren't thorough. I am appalled at how little they know in the vet ER field to call themselves an "Emergency Clinic". They messed up and instead of calling me like the manager said she would by the week of the 1st. I've heard the sounds of crickets. No apology for the life that was lost or the fact that we had to pay another 3k for the right treatment on top of their bs 1200. Yes they refunded 300. They needed to refund the rest and pay for his cremation. But to them people are just money. They don't care about anything but that. As a volunteer with a rescue, trust me when I say. I will spread the word. Don't take any animals there. Drive to Nashville Veternarian Specialist. Anything that has the name Blue Pearl attached to the doors, turn around and leave. Rest in Heaven Nicky. You deserved so much better than these people gave you. I apologize for trusting them to care for you.
