I took my coat which cost $130 to be dry cleaned on 30 Jan told be ready on 2 Feb went to pick up on 5 Feb not ready said for sure on 6 Feb went to pick up on 7 Feb manager said we done the best we could do. He said ink ruin from a patch. They was no ink running from the patch. They still charged me full price with no remorse. I wouldnt recommend this cleaners to anyone.

I dropped off a dress on Saturday 9/16. They guaranteed it will be ready by Thursday 9/21 at 5:00pm. My daughter went to pick up Friday 9/22 to find out they did nothing and told it will be ready next Friday. When I call they said the manager is not there and they leave for them to call which it wont be until Monday. I have used this cleaner before but never had this experience. I will never used them again

The drop off was great. The guys in there were nice and made conversation. Dropped a dress shirt off to be pressed and folder for an upcoming trip. The guy indicated as such on my ticket. Dropped off Wednesday September 6 and was scheduled to pick up on the next day. I arrive and the lady gets my shirt and its not folded. Not an issue, she indicated that she can fold a shirt pretty good. Cool. She starts to fold my shirt and Im left with this attached. Now, Im not the smartest person but folding it after a press in a lump undoes the press does it not. Wasnt satisfied at all. I could have dont this at the house. Maybe it was a bad day, I will give a try in the gut, but as of right now I am not satisfied. As well, the shirt is still dirty places.
