We are a Nationwide Skilled Trade Staffing Company. We provide temp to perm staffing for our Clients'. RAWSO signed our contract which stipulates that they can not offer our employees a permanent position until hours are met or they buy them out. We sent two employees out and all of a sudden RAWSO was ignoring our calls and emails and not providing us with the employees hours. Come to find out The Cultural Relations Manager & the Project Manager offered said employees permanent positions. The Cultural Relations Manager tried to sweep it under the rug until I sent a demand letter for the fees of violating said contract. She is a horrible representation for RAWSO. She is the one that signed the contract and decided to violate it. Not a trust worthy company.
