        What seemed to be a manager (nametag said leader in training), was on her phone walking through the store. She did not ask me for help when I was obviously struggling to find a size. Once she was off her phone, she proceeded to demand a few employees to work faster and that they werent getting anything done. As someone with former management experience, this is totally unprofessional and I feel for those workers.

        Ordered online and went inside to pick up today. They were having maybe a morning meeting. They saw me standing in the pick up area and ignored me. I had to walk over to ask for my pick up. I went in this morning a little after 9 am (when they open). The store was a disaster. There were clothes all over the floor. I doubt anyone came in this morning before me and made such a mess. It seems like the store must have been left like that over night. One employee had on sweatpants and a t-shirt. I left as quickly as possible. I took a few pics. If I could figure out how to post them, I would.
