I like this service. One dollar takes you everywhere. There are passes too for students and others that can't afford Uber or Lyft. Walkabikity is key for communities.

Buses suck. There aren't any actual stops. Drivers stop or don't stop whenever they feel like it. Sometimes, they pull over to the side of the road to let you in. If you're lucky enough to get on the bus, you get on with traffic behind you. If not, you wait another hour in the heat. They call it "courtesy stops". I'm like courtesy for who? EDIT: When I called to complain, a supervisor did call me back but it was the most pointless conversation I had the misfortune of being a part of. Supervisors and drivers seem to think this system is a great example of "southern hospitality" even though everyone complains and there is no other city using this model. Anyone who doesn't like it, is either to stupid or to lazy to use tax subsidized public services. They also can't figure out why Murfreesboro's population grew but ridership did not.
