        Highly recommend the stylist Alana Whited. I asked for a layered haircut with natural highlights and thats exactly what I got. She was personable, and I enjoyed the service. Pricing was also very affordable.

        Stay far away from this salon. You will find yourself being charged for things that you did not get or charged extra for inaccurate details. When I called the fraudulent charges to the attention of the stylist, she completely ignored me. When I went to management about it, they defended the stylist because she has been with them for over 20 years. I have been doing business with JC Penney for longer than that, and I have never been treated like this. The manager said she was within her right for charging for the incorrect length for my hair because they used one more ounce of hair color. I paid $135 for a color.
