Ive been trying to get ahold of this branch over the phone for TWO DAYS because I think someone stole a check and it was cashed at this branch. Im trying the phone because I dont want to drive all the way there (from Manchester) just to be turned away. I havent yet gotten an answer despite calling multiple times, all DURING BUSINESS HOURS. The phone just rings and no one answers at all. Apparently no one at this branch cares about answering the phone. And theres also no way to leave a message

They are lazy and very cold! I was treated and felt like I was at Germany and the tellers we're the Gestapo! The worst greeting I seeing in a bank!

Unprofessional management and employee they called me for credit card offers year ago and I accepted it then I found out its $500 credit card when I have another credit card with $12000 and I never late one day how stupid that!! Then called me again for another offer and rather to go in person and this time they didnt approve my request eventually they hit my credit score bad
