Rip to Frank , I don't see how you guys want rent but we have to repair everything in this house , black mold ,rats, if u like wasting money and living with bugs and making your own repairs then move in I hope you enjoy the black mold that we've asked to be fixed since we moved in here, and don't her to fix ,if she does its going to be someone who with disrespect you house and do a shotty job that needs repair again in a week
