Automated kiosk. Scanned my storm door key, responded that it could duplicate it. I told it to make 6 copies. None of them work. Close inspection shows their copies are all short. The last entire key pin is missing. Since it is an automated kiosk, all the company can do is refund my credit card. I've asked for that refund, and I am waiting. It went through all of the steps except cutting the key and then said that my order couldn't be completed. I wish it had a notice before I even started that it wasn't working.
