Called and requested an estimate about repairing my deck roof, the tech came on time for the appointment gave me a estimate and said it would be about two weeks due to repairs at a apartment complex. Never heard from him called and ask about and the receptionist said she would have him get back with me, I am still waiting. This has gone on for six weeks now. Chris Jones came to my house Tuesday of this week and made the repairs that where needed. He explained every thing he was doing and did an excellent job, I have no more leak on my porch thanks

Charley Paul and Austermiller were recommended by someone I work with. Charley was polite, courteous and punctual. I liked him from the moment I met him. We were able to get on their schedule within a week. The installation was completed in one day, even though they had to replace several sheets of plywood. The roof looks great. I usually get three quotes on any projects. Charley's estimate was by far the most reasonable for the product quality. I would recommend Charley and Austermiller to anyone needing a new roof. We have been very appreciative of the excellent assistance we have received from the Austermiller roofing team. Matthew Drummond, project manager, kept us educated and informed during the entire roof replacement procedure, from insurance adjustor evaluation to signing off on the finished product. Shelby Martin, office administrator, has answered every email and question Ive thrown her way in a timely manner and she has also assisted in communicating with the insurance company which greatly reduced our stress during this process.
