        Ordered route 44 limeade and it was all ice. Ordered a medium Chilli cheese and it was all Chilli. Barely any fries in the dish. Very dissatisfied.

        The food and drinks are decent when we actually get them. We go to Sonic 3-4 times per week and the service is just so bad. I know management recently changed but it's no better. If we use the app, it's at least a 15 minute wait. If we push the button, sometimes we wait 5-10 minutes and don't ever hear from anyone so we just leave. I've even had to call the store phone to ask where our food was after half an hour. Then, when we do get our food and drinks, it's wrong about 30% of the time and it's not worth correcting because it takes so long.

        I had a door dash order that was messed up due to how backed up sonic was the other night. I called in the next day assuming nothing could be done. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They even called back offering solutions.
