Staybridge Suites Mt. Juliet - Nashville Area, an IHG Hotel

Room was spacious and nicely laid out. However it wasnt cleaned properly before I check in. The hair dryer bag was on the floor beside the couch and the one attachment was beside the TV. The garbage can in bathroom had garbage in it and the shower had hair in it. We posted the we are sleeping in magnet on the door as we arrived I. The middle of the night and didnt want housekeeping to wake us up. However, housekeeping still tried to enter our room and when they couldnt, they kept knocking on the door until I answered. We stayed here for 3 nights, not once did housekeeping enter the room to empty garbages, replenish towels or toilet paper. We had to go down and get them and take the used towels to the laundry shoot. When I discussed these concerns with staff at check out, I was dismissed. Not the normal experience I have with IHG hotels. Rooms: Large rooms with the perfect amenities. Could have extended stays in the room comfortably. Lots of room for me and my family. Food & drinks: Breakfast was good, but they ran out of bacon and fruit and staff would not replenish.

If I could leave no stars, I would. In 30 years of travel, I have never been treated so pourly. They over booked the rooms and as you know, they check you out and back in to keep charging you taxes, they did not check me back in. They packed all my stuff up in trash bags and threw me out. To further add insult to injury, to cover up his mistake, the manager had me trespassed and sent a nasty email to my company. Which, by the way, they didn't believe a word of it. What a horrible way to do business. Shame on the hotel for making mistakes and shame on the manager for lying. You tried to make everyone believe that you trespassed me and threw me out in that order.

Stayed here this week with my family to only be mislead into thinking we would get a certain room and did not get that room. Nothing was done to compensate us besides given extra reward points that will never get used because it will be our last time booking with any IHG hotel. They use false advertisement with there pictures online and half clean rooms, I have a picture of the room we staying in that wasnt clean completely base on the desk having splatters of some kind of old fluid on it and hasnt been wiped I dont know how long ago but your charging for double full size beds 119 per night to not even be cleaned how they should! If it wasnt late when checking in, my family wouldve taken our business else where!! Dont waste your time booking here unless you like unsanitized rooms and very poor customer service!! Noteworthy details: Splatters I have pictures of on desk from last occupancy is beyond gross to me, especially for the price we paid! One week cost is 1,059.00 to be exact! Ive had cheaper and better quality!

The location kind of sucks but the service and rooms made up for it. Beautiful rooms and awesome service Rooms: The room we had was amazing. It was a little apartment. Loved it!
