The Yard Sale Store

I recently purchased an open box electronic from The Yard Sale. Upon returning home and opening the re-sealed box, I realized the device wreaked of cigarettes and a component was not working. I contacted the store via Messenger and within an hour did they not only offer to make the situation right with a couple options to choose from, but it was completely resolved. Situations like this will happen and it is what it is, but how the business handles the issue is most important. I will definitely continue to shop here due to the integrity of the owner.

I like this place for slightly damaged and marked down furniture and remodeling supplies. We've bought a toilet, vanity, and other similar items with no problems. However, I've now been burned three times on small appliances. They do not test the ones in boxes at all. I bought an instant pot with no power cord, a Keurig that just didn't work, and an ice maker with missing parts that would not function. I've learned my lesson - no more! I suggest you open the box and check it out before you leave the store. Their return window is very short (but they may extend it if you ask.) Other than this, we do like the store and the people who work there are super nice.

Went here for the first time today all excited to find some good deals and was extremely disappointed. Their prices are no different that ashley furniture. Except its all scratched, dented and torn. Shake my damn head. Dont waste your time.
