really cute and refreshing but definitely not a snowball. Great place if you want a snow cone tho!

I dont really write reviews. Now Pelicans is amazing. Pelicans itself will always be a 5 star because of product.
However Im giving a 3 star specifically because we went to this one and upon entering there was a guy mopping the lobby. When we went to order at the window, he goes in the back and starts making the ice cups without changing his glove. (One hand had a glove on. The other didnt.) And he was touching the ice with the glove he was cleaning with. Then we watched him go clean with a spray bottle and rag with the same glove.
I didnt complain. But we did throw away the cups after leaving.because ew.
