We purchased our home in Timber Ridge over two years ago from Eastland Construction. As someone who also works in real estate, I say without a doubt that Eastland is the best of the best. Their craftsmanship is stellar, and their customer service is beyond compare. They stand by their work, and we could not be more proud to own an Eastland home.

Simply the best. The build quality is superior to the other builders in our neighborhood. Its all in the details and not cutting corners. We have owned two Eastland homes. We recently moved out of Middle Tennessee and we miss the exceptional quality of Eastland so much! Our current builder tried to tell us that issues we have with our current home are just normal and there is no perfectly built home but I told them that the last two homes we had from Eastland were pretty close to perfect! I guess you could say we are a little spoiled! Buy Eastland! It will be the best decision you ever made! Service: Home building
