I love banking with First Freedom. Always a pleasant experience & havent had any issues like I have had with other local banks. Best bank Ive worked with. Very good customer service Denise is always exceptionally accommodating and knowledgeable!

WOULD LOVE TO GIVE YOU TEN STARS IF I COULD!!! I have been a very long-time customer of Regions Bank. When I was in a time crunch and walked into a Regions branch 15 minutes before it closed, the banker told me what I needed would take too long and couldnt be completed by closing time. I quickly googled, and the next nearest bank was First Freedom, specifically the Providence branch. I called, and Denise Bingham said sure, if you dont mind sitting in the drive thru to conduct the business, well gladly stay a little later to help you! Denise and Kaitlin Wattenbarger went above and beyond, helping me set up an account. I appreciated them both so much and was amazed at the level of customer service! I soon found out after visiting the branch across from Green Hill High School, that this isnt special at First Freedom Bank. Its how this organization treats everyone, and every single banker I have encountered has been equally as kind and neighborly. Ive found my new favorite bank, and would recommend First Freedom to anyone who is looking for a better experience!
