It might look nice but avoid it like the plague. I lived here for 15 months and got my renewal lease offer at the same rate I was paying. Which sounds good however the units in the complex where renting for $100s less. The front office would not match the rent and told me my only option was to move. I moved to a new unit and now every time I turn around there is a new fee. My internet was increased $20 when I moved across the street in the same complex then they added a $5 monthly pest fee. Im the proud owner of a stump in front of my unit as that is their method of landscaping just cut it down and leave the stump they never replant anything. Ive talked to a number of people who have lived here for years and have expressed how far the complex has fallen from what it was. The rents have just gone up and up with no improvements and the units are furnished with the cheapest carpet and appliances you can get. The staff in the office are very nice as long as you just want to say hello. If you need anything their response is thats not our corporate policy or the property manager is not on site. Not to mention the non stop police presence or the naked person who tried to force their way onto the school bus last year. I love the owner response upfront considering none of them were discussed. Instead buried in the fine print of the new lease then when I asked you all in the office the response was it was in the lease you signed. The charges were never there before and all you said was the only fees you will have are a cleaning fee and transfer fee. Yet Im up to $1300 plus you all are scam artists. I love the new people reviews verse people who have lived here. Would love to check there answers in a year.

I am very happy to live in this complex, I really like it here and they have very good staff.
