Mr. Easley is very rude and unfriendly. I had a quick question when I picked up my documents and his response was, What do I look like to you? A mind reader?. He made 3 mistakes when preparing my taxes last year. I caught 2 of them prior to turning them into the IRS and the IRS found the 3rd error. I have been a repeat customer for years but I will not be returning this year.
