Paul is a great resource in the Lakeway commercial property market. He has assisted me in several transactions from finding rental space to identifying potential foreclosures which presented great value. He has a lot of insight into community developments and can anticipate areas of growth due to his knowledge. He is pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. His support does not end after the sale as he continues to provide assistance with issues which arise even after the sale.

I am a property owner that made the mistake of hiring LeBel to manage a home I have in Morristown. I was with them for 18 months and had two different tenants in the property during that time. They say they do inspections, but I have no proof that they did any. Absolutely nothing but Ella's word...and that ain't saying much! We did not allow pets with our first tenants but we have pictures showing they had a dog (which Ella admitted to)and at least one cat in the home. They falsified documents and still have not returned money that is due to us. We dropped them 6 weeks ago and are still waiting. Will has not returned a phone call in 3 weeks! Time for our attorney to get involved. So sad. A simple phone call could resolve this but they believe in avoiding the issues. I would not walk away from this company, I would run!!
