      • Crisis Management

        Two bays, 2 cars being worked . 40 minutes later 1 car completed. Then asked to move so the othe car can get worked on first. Oil changes shouldnt take over 40 minutes. Wasted my time instead of communucating the lenghty delay. Ill take my business elsewhere or do it myself. Its an oil change not rocket science.

        I cannot say enough good things about this place. I live in Morristown part time and in Atlanta full time, and I must say, its the customer service here that keeps me waiting to get my oil changed until Im back in Morristown even though I could easily get it done in Atl. The gentlemen here are so professional and courteous, despite the fact that they have been very busy. Last time I was here (January 2024) the gentleman was super cool and I thought maybe it was a one-off but nope, today the team here was in sync. The Manager Robert is awesome and so is his team.
