My nails were messed up and I was refused having them fixed. I asked for gel french tips and got gummed up messed up polish. An hour later when I went back in I was argued with and told to leave. I'm so upset. I tipped $20 on $30 and now I'm left with really gunked up polish hacked nails. The worst part is how I was talked to. I will never go back here and now I'm out $50 and need my nails done worse than before I went in.

It's a flip of the coin as to whether they do a good job or not. Little or none on communication skills.

They always do an awesome job on my nails and my daughter's nails.

I went to get my nails done. Showed them the designs I liked on my phone but they refuse to do it and asked me to change. Even after showing them the picture they did awful job. Non of the nail shape matched. Nail tech was very rude and ignorant.

I used to love this place. Seems like they have new owners and a new crew. They are terrible now. Too bad.
