Erika was great and walked me through every step of the selling process with our property. She really had our best interests at heart and helped us sell a large parcel of property. She worked tirelessly to get it ready to show and was there putting on the finishing touches when it sold. The negotiations were a lot of back and forth and she was very professional and helpful. It was by chance that Erika became our realtor when we were looking for land and a house outside Knoxville Tn. We could not have been in better hands than working with her. A 100% true professional who went way out of her way on more than one occasion for us. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would. From the beginning we knew we were in good hands and immediately trusted her with her vast knowledge of things. She always responded quickly and offered all the information we needed.
