Ben has been a pleasure to work with as a home buyer and seller. As a buyer, he took the time to search for suitable properties and spent several hours on many occasions to show properties in detail. When I settled on a property, he was very prompt in submitting an offer letter and kept me updated throughout the process. As a seller, Ben helped us evaluate the market conditions in order to make an informed decision when setting the asking price and upgrading our home for the sell. He made the entire process as a home buyer and a home seller much less stressful than other realtors I've dealt with. He's always available and willing to help with any questions and concerns. Ben helped us sell Moms house last fall. He provided lots of local knowledge and recommendations. Once he had the permission to go, he wasted no time in scheduling photos and getting the property listed. Ben was super patient with me and answered all the questions I had. Buying a home can be very stressful to say the least. Especially with the covid- 19 it gave us more challenges. Ben Lowe has been very respectful and patient with us.
