Sunshine Laundry

I have come to this laundry mat often. But today the girl Christina who works there made it such an awful experience that I will never return. If I could give this experience a zero star I would. Customer service is what keeps businesses alive. They have none. I own a cleaning company and I usually spend about $500 a week in this establishment. I have never had any issues. I brought all my laundry in and do what I’ve always done. It wasn’t too busy and I even gave up two bigger washers to an older gentleman. My clothes were removed from a washer and then as I was moving stuff from washers to dryers. Reserved tags were being placed on dryers for someone named Abby. Where I’m from laundromats are first come first serve. But not here. Christina she said her name was then started to complain that I had too many dryers. Not in a nice way. Now if she had come over to me when I was loading them and asked to leave some open I would have. But instead she got rude. She raised her voice and acted like a 4 year old calling her boss blah blah blah. Their washers stink and their dryers don’t work well. I then loaded all my wet stuff and told her she needed to return my money for the money and dryers and she said she wasn’t refunding anything. Good riddance but at the end of the day you folks just lost 2k a month from me and another 2k from my sister who owns her own business as well. All because she can’t properly speak to customers. And she told me she was on the phone with her boss who must of been okay with what happened because she told me to never come back. You’re not the only laundry mat and you definitely aren’t the cleanest. I believe in karma. And it just bit you.

I used the wash and fold service, and it was hassle free and reasonably priced. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
