Will was very professional, thorough, and patient. He kept me informed on any potential problems I could have and walked me through everything he was doing. My indoor unit had ice built up and instead of just filling up more Freon and calling it quits like most. He went the extra mile to clean the coil in the unit. He even waited for the ice to melt to make sure that that was the only problem. He even repositioned the float switch and made sure the other company that installed the unit did everything to spec. The effort was 5/5 and the charge didnt break the bank he was here 10 minutes after I called as well. I will definitely be calling him anytime I have a problem. We had Will Waddell come out and inspect and replace one of the heat pumps in the office building. The work was excellent, so we have had him come out three more times to do additional repairs on the property. Excellent work, reasonably priced, and shows up when he says he will. Nowadays, that combination is a rarity. If we need additional work that falls within his expertise, he will be the one we will call.
