        This branch is always so kind to me,when I opened my account the branch manager was friendly, helpful and full of information. The ladies in the office area are always helpful and kind and answers all of my questions about my account. I recommend this branch to everyone.

        Morristown branch is the worst bank I've ever dealt with being that they didnt even try to explain a policy they lost a 6 figure client, manager is a joke and should be fired

        Go to Eastman Credit Union they do not have these "Policies" that this bank uses to delay you receiving your title for a vehicle that you have paid for. My bank told me that they would verify the check so I could receive my title for a car I had bought from one of their customers and yet they still will not give me the title due to their two week fraudulent check policy. Avoid this bank if you can.
