After taking over 3 hours for my insurance to dispatch roadside assistance, while on hold for the 8th time with them, I called 24 Towing and Road service, explained I needed a flat bed for my AWD and 24 Towing agreed to take my vehicle back to Chattanooga for a fair price and showed up in 15-20 mins like he said he would. Right after my car was loaded and on its way the insurance tower called and said it would be another 3 hours before he could get to me. I said thanks but no thanks. Anyway this guy gave me good assistance, good advice and I would recommend him to anyone needing help.

I almost died and 24 Towing were there with level heads and compassionate hearts! After helping me calm down I could clearly see my guardian angels take care of my truck and the situation in a very professional and productive manner. Very knowledgeable about the area which helped because Im more of a city driver from the East coast. I AM IMPRESSED! 5 stars! Thanks Michael
