Our experience was excellent. The first job involved our pitched circular roof that, over 100 years old, was slowly getting less pitched, thereby creating the risk of collapse under a heavy snow. The engineering was a challenge but was very capably handled. The work on the roof and several other related carpentry and painting needs were high quality and timely completed. My husband and I are big fans of Joseph's Remodeling Solutions. They did such an outstanding job solving some water drainage issues that we hired them to tackle our HVAC challenges. For years our heat pump with electric back up heat did such a poor job heating our stone house that we used our wood stove to supplement, schlepping wood all winter long. Last fall Sumpter Solutions teamed up with Roscoe Brown to install a Carrier 21 SEER dual fuel system with gas furnace along with a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat 23.3 SEER ductless system in the bedroom (formerly an icebox). The new super efficient system has been absolutely wonderful! Throughout the coldest days this winter, I was warm and comfortable and my electric plus gas bill were comparable or less than my previous bills, despite the fact that we no longer have to supplement with our wood stove!!! Joseph and his team are creative and tenacious problem solvers. Despite encountering some real challenges installing the system in our old stone barn house, they finished the job with with excellence and professionalism, right down to the custom ordered wooden register covers. The clean up was great and their finishing carpenter is fantastic! Ann, who managed the job, is a very personable and excellent communicator. I should also give a shout out to the Roscoe Brown team of Tullahoma. Responding to some unforseen challenges presented by the old barn, they came up with creative solutions and both teams responded to every inquiry and concern until we were 100% satisfied!. The system is excellent, the installation was great and we even received a nice rebate from TVA! Many thanks to everyone at Joseph's Remodeling Solutions!
