We had to have railings installed on our porch so that our homeowners insurance could be renewed. Thank god, we figured in a little wiggle room time wise, although, I am not sure we will be able to get it done by the deadline now, because we talk to DJ and they came out and measured our porch and assured us that they would be able to do this by next week. My partner kept calling and leaving messages as well as texting. He ghosted her, never once called about what was going on. So I called, and guess what? He answered on the first ring. When I said who my partner was, he knew right away what I was talking about and kept saying, "didn't that guy call you". IHe said he didn't don't have the time to do the job and this other guy was supposed to call us. Thanks for wasting 2 weeks that we don't have to get this done. If he would have told us that he didn't have the time up front, all this could have been avoided.
