        I am fed up with poor service from Stericycle in Memphis. They show up outside our business hours...then send invoices for service they do not perform. I call and the customer service group can barely speak English. Ridiculous

        i am with two companies who cannot speak to anyone locally to have them remove the bins we have. over and over we have contacted the 800 numbeR, explaining we moved and need the bins picked up. we have received several RE: numbers and emails stating they are scheduled to pick up and they are no shows. This has been going on since April. No return phone calls or anything. We will no longer use them and have more companies in my building who are attempting to cancel as well. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
