I just called to cancel my service because I found service much cheaper, and I was told by Christina "If you don't have the money then you don't have the money." My bill was on autopay, and I don't think people who cannot afford to pay something has their bills on autopay. I have been in customer service for over 25 years, and I have never assumed that a person could not afford something. Christina said she is the office manager, and would not allow me to speak with anyone above her. She definitely needs more training!

These guys are great! Both people I talked to about my issue had excellent customer service and were extremely helpful! If you can choose your trash service, choose them for sure! They saved the day!

I've been a loyal customer since 2016 and because I was late two and a half weeks they closed my account and wanted me to pay 3 times the amount to open a new account. Also customer service is often rude and snappy over the phone.
