        Hands down the most misleading site Ive used. Terrible customer service. Left with a pair of boots that dont fit ( size guide on the site was wrong ) and impossible to send back cost effectively. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

        This is a great website if you want to see some cool stuff but.....NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! Not only can you always find the products cheaper somewhere else, they also find the worst way to ship items to you. I just got burned, for the second time, on a FedEx bill for $37.34...for a $50.90 toy car for my grandson. This happened to me once before, so I was careful to read all the fine print before proceeding with the order. Nope, a month after I received the car, another bill from FedEx. My guess is Uncrate is getting a kick back for these charges. Truly shameful! Never again.
