        Love the Downtown location. The entire team from the front desk, to the techs, and the vets not only treat my sweet pup with the most care and consideration, they are also very friendly, flexible, and helpful to their human clients as well. Ive always felt they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone coming into the facility is comfortable and well-informed. Most recently, it was poring down rain when we left and one of the team members walked me and the dog to our car with an umbrella, just one small example of their willingness to go above and beyond. Oh and their prices are also very fair- always a plus!

        Highly recommend this vet practice! Dr Washington is so wonderful and helpful. The staff is so kind. I appreciate the texting service and ability to get my dog seen at quick notice with any concerns.
