City Auto sales manager Calvin and AD are to of the most helpful employees that City Auto has and they are dedicated to solving customer issues and I apologize for posting a negative review and it was coming from a place of anger and frustration and they are honest, helpful and care about satisfying the customer despite how difficult we can sometimes be. Eric Carey was our salesperson and he was phenomenal. The sales manager was phenomenal. The guy bringing our vehicle out to us was phenomenal! The entire experience was phenomenal! In and out in 2 hours!! You got my vote!!

This is the second car we purchased from CA. They have always been helpful. They say no haggle pricing, but they will really work to get you in the car youre wanting if at all possible. They have a huge selection. They are not pushy. Mr. Buddy and Mr John did so much to help us. Mr Buddy was good and very nice to accommodate our request on picking the right suv for our family. Mr. John, the money man would not quite fighting to get the deal we needed. He was funny and nice to work with. He stay way late for us, away from his family close to the holidays. He did this to make the deal we needed. I appreciate this very much. I will always look at City Auto first. I would recommend you do as well. Do lose 10k on a new car when you can get a broke in new car and save 10k.
