I have been buying cars from Upgrade since 2010. All of the cars on the lot are always nice and clean and up to part. Never bought anything bad from them. They are very understanding and are willing to work with me no matter the situation. I called the pep boys 1-800 number to have my wife's car towed to pep boys. Their dispatch was great. They called me as soon as they got the ticket, kept me up to date on when the driver would be at my vehicle to tow it. The driver got to my vehicle and could not get into my driveway to get the car. He told me his truck was too low and did not want to damage my driveway. I called dispatch and explained what was going on. She promptly told me she would get another driver out to get my vehicle. They have stayed in touch the whole way through this.
