Ive been trying to call for over a week to speak to someone about my account, i sit on hold everytime sometimes up to 45mins and at some point a voicemail picks up, ive left a messege, and noone has ever answered, or returned my calls, do i have to stop making my payments just to get someone to call so i can speak with them? Do they have an email or a number for a direct line?

People who have the power to get you closed forever do not argue with you. I told you to stop the bull you were trying to pull on me. All you consumers need to file a complaint with the Tennessee Motor Vehicle Commission to protect yourself prior from them repossessing these cars that the new company owns. The company Westlake Debt collection took over American Car Center. Read your contracts than file the complaint due to American Finance owns your vehicles and it is no longer valid. The car lot is only an agent for the bank. They will start liquidating their assets which includes your remaining balances owed to American Car Center leaving you to owe more than the car note. Last thing you want on your credit is a repossession that did not happen and a extortion price of $25k that you never signed to pay. It was when another car dealership told me about the false reporting of this repo that I had to handle it. You never repo any vehicles from me. You shut off a vehicle in 2020 after I got it for a hour from your lot, conned me into paying an extra $500 when I was told on the lot $250 was the extra fee. You had the audacity to allow a car thief to drive the vehicle for 6 months while you were tracking it and scared to get it from Binghamton. That is what happen.

Never will I buy a car from American bull crump car lot Im paying for a title I feel over charge for and when you call trying to make a payment no one answer and you on the phone over a hour I hate this company
