I worked with Cobra getting my backyard cleared of trees this past spring. The work they did was adequate. I was satisfied. However, problems arose after the work was completed. While working they damaged my internet line. Under normal circumstances this would not be a huge issue but Covid has changed that. I was working from home and essentially had no internet for days. I got a simple text apology. Nothing else. Months later I get a bill from ATT for the damages. I texted Cobra multiple times. Left a voicemail. I get one response in 4 months of me trying to get a hold of them. I simply wanted them to reimburse me for the damages. Nothing more. They lost a potential life long customer over $350. I hold no personal grudges. If that is how you want to run your business that is your right. I honestly just want an explanation. Services: Tree trimming and pruning, Tree removal, Stump removal
