      We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the transaction faced challenges due to evolving requirements as critical information was withheld multiple times. Those changes would have been avoided had accurate information been present from the beginning, which is out of our control. We strive to provide optimal service, and considered the diligent efforts our staff took to close this transaction, we feel as though this review is misleading and unmerited.
