        This place ripped me off. Stole my refund. By almost $2,000. Very rude. Unprofessional. I had to go as far as making an identity theft complaint and reporting to the IRS and Inspector General, local police. DO NOT FILE With this person. Gerald Reed, also gave me several other names. He thinks he got away with it. But is being investigated. I gave him multiple opportunities to try to make amends. He told me to be thankful he gave me something and hung with a multitude of other complaints. Worst experience ever in my 20+ years of filing income taxes!
