ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAD. They are super abusive in their prices and they also give you very little in taxes. I recommend CENTRO HISPANO LATINOS/TAXES. The consultation and tax estimate are 25 dollars. Here they took 150 dollars from me for the consultation. Trash

Simply terrible service, they had me sit for more than 40 minutes to tell me that the contract I needed to sign was not ready yet. All the people there, their faces were stressed and bored because they were not attended to and they had more time than me.

This is a marvelous place to get your taxes done. I walked in and got my taxes done the same day. The staff here is very nice and respectful. 5/5 PERFECT JOB

One of the worst experiences, that I have ever encountered. My husband and I filed our taxes with them for multiple years. He called earlier in the week, to confirm what if I can drop off our paperwork since we both have a tight schedule. My husband was told that we can drop off our paperwork before 4pm. I ended my work day early so I can make it there before they close for the day and also pick up my children from school and daycare. I arrived around 3:15 and only one family was standing outside. The family went in and now I am first in line. The line grew as I stood there. I called my husband so he could call to tell them I was standing outside. No answer. A couple walks up to the door and started knocking and calling inside. Finally, someone opened the curtains a little bit and opened the door. I walked in after the couple. The older lady at the front desk speaks with the couple first. After they complete their conversation, she walks outside and tells everyone that was standing in line to come in. She waited on EVERY single person that was after me until I was the very last person standing there. When she finally acknowledged me, she asked did I speak Espaol. I told her no and my husband called earlier and was told to just drop off our paperwork before 4. The lady told me that Jeannifer was very busy and I would have to wait. At this time, it is 3:45 and I am going to be late picking up my son. I told her that I need to leave and pick up my son. She told me that I need to come back when I am ready. I am 37 weeks pregnant and I will probably deliver within the next week. I left so I can barely make it to pick up my son.I am also a business owner and I would never want any of my customers especially a loyal customer to feel the way that I did. This experience was VERY disappointing and I will never come back to do business with them.
