4 1/2 stars The reason for that is because I only failed one pair of shoes and a size 15. but I dont really think you can call thong flip-flops shoes their flip-flops! Overall, it is a good set up youll find some great deals and sales. Its a lot from toddlers to the elderly. They still got the shoes with the Velcro. Its a variety of everything youd want from boots so Im cleats, cowboy boots, heels, hiking boots, trainers runners, low tops, high tops for those with flat feet high arches its a paradise. They even have the inserts down to the shoelaces And some of the clearance items you can find coming in the door. But I recommend you try on the shoe because most only have one shoe in the adult sections to prevent theft. You can easily talk to the sellers associate and they will retrieve it from the back, I had a great experience. Its a lot of lighting and a lot of shoes and when they talk about variety, its definitely a show!!! The prices are nice!

OMG....I just LOVE the manager, Ms Sheryl. She is EVERYTHING and MORE!!! I called and asked about some sole grippers for the bottom of my slick soled shoes and she went and verified that she had them, along with the price. When I arrived at the store and asked where the outer sole grips were,. Ms. Cheryl called me by my name and told me that she had them already at the counter for me. She is professional, personable and kind. I will go back because of her!
