In a hard place just moving to Memphis from Florida and choose this spot to get a storage for about a month. I didnt have money for a lock at the time of getting the storage but eventually got one the day before he put my stuff out. He said I could have until October 1, 2023 BEFORE 5 pm (closing) to have a lock I had it ms he still put my stuff out! My babies lost years of hard work building electrical equipment and I lost valuable things of my parents that died that Ill never get back. He didnt stick to his word but he offered great business. He also made the famous you people quotes!! He told me about a place to rent out and I went there and got one but he didnt hold up to his end by letting me have until 5pm that day! Due to work Im at work before they even open and work until 4. I have never been this heart broken over anything Ive carried my mom ashes and the rest of the family for years and now I cant get them back!
