Yikes! Tried to eat dinner here, paid for the elevator up and then we were told by the restaurant host that he didn't know what time dinner started.... we put ourselves on their fictional waitlist with text confirmation, guess it's just a sham and they have no interest in actually feeding people. 2 hours of walking around the Bass Pro shop and we never received a text that our table was ready. Luckily we ended up eating elsewhere anyway. The people working here are clueless. Needs new management bad.

If you plan on eating at any of the restaurants at basspro Memphis, just know that a 10 min wait means 1:45min. And a 45 min wait means 2:30 min, thats if your called at all. Store and restaurant staff are very rude and totally dont care. No work ethic at all. I never write reviews, but this experience was so bellow par a felt I had to. Stayed in the hotel and dined here a few years ago, wonderful experience then. But we will never be returning to this establishment again. I got the impression that the staff just hated being there.

The food was great and the view was spectacular! Traci was an awesome server and we had an awesome time here. Kid-friendliness: Kids loved it! The half portion of the catfish was perfect for our 11 year old and our 9 year old loved his chicken tenders.
