Everything @Ree said is true, they lost my paperwork, never gave it to MLGW, made me resend it and never helped me when I needed it most I spoke with the COO and another head lady and it was all LIES and blamed everything on MLGW. Like THE MLGW lady said the vendors pay them, never had a problem with CSA and other vendors. If they were honest I would have respected them more...it's been 6 months....do you think they reached out? No!

My husband and I made a donation this morning to this establishment, because last weekend we had our annual neighborhood yard sale. Stuff left over like furniture, jackets, jewelery, clothes, shoes we usually donate to different places. This year we decided to donate our leftover stuff to the neighborhood center. Rudeness comes with a price. I want to thank Mr. Herman for stepping in and helping us with our donation, because the older lady who had not had her morning coffee was not helpful, nor nice. She was not welcoming, nor thankful for our donation, and if not for Mr. Herman she was going to tell us to come back at 9am. I have read some of the reviews on the neighborhood website. I think I understand what some of the people who need help are saying. Good manners cost very little, a smile would make a person's day. I should know I worked my job for 37 years, and I made sure every person I encountered had a smile, a greeting, or a hug. I know this may not be her job, but it wasn't Mr. Herman's, but he helped to unload our donation, and thanked us with a smile. We were also going to make a monetary donation, but I decided to give that to another charity. I felt like making someone else smile today. I hope this lady will learn when someone comes in to donate whatever, a smile will bring more blessings.
