Right after moving in we discovered the freezer not working. Someone came promptly, but was unable to fix without a new part. After he left, the freezer began making a loud grinding noise. I've called the customer service line multiple times on multiple days. They are nice and want to be helpful, but they keep saying someone will be in touch ... but no one is ever in touch. I've asked for a person, agent, advocate, etc to see if could be escalated but was told there was not a way to connect me with anyone else. Now refrigerator half has stopped working and we have lived with a loud obnoxious noise for about 16 days. Very frustrating to start from scratch every time we call.

Marcello P. was an Amazing tech!!!! I needed my ceiling fan light checked out because it was popping and smelled like it was burning and he did a great job. He was on time and very efficient all the while training a new employee.He was very polite and took his job seriously. He is definitely a great asset to the team.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I only been in this house for 2days and the house was previously infested and it seem as if they covered the infestation. I came in and clean the property before moving in and dead roaches were all behind the stove, refrigerator, closets, in bathrooms, I mean everywhere! I called to inform them they sent a email saying we have to pay for pest control! The house was dirty dirty base boards dirty doors. The house look really nice on the outside and covered up on the inside with infestation. Now I got to live in fear roaches crawling out at any moment! Im saving you DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I shouldve read the reviews before I moved in! This ridiculous and rent expensive af!
Move out 2/10/24 they are a Get over company charging utterly ridiculous fees. We paid over 2400 for the last bill. They sent out another bill stating we owe 1700 more dollars. Who where is the president because this company is over charging us people for rent.
