I would like to put it as simple as I can. I was seeking a company that was familiar with the area where I had practiced and lived there for decades. When I stumbled upon someone who had roots in the neighborhood as well as an owner who is alumnus of quality local schools and college I jumped at the chance to work with them. Mr. Cobbins team was very professional and so down to earth that even I understood the language and was comfortable with the numbers. It was quality hand-off as his team primarily Mr. Ingram arranged tours at convenient times so the process was trouble free.
After over 30 years of being in business it was great to end on this note. I will recommend them without reservation no matter what neighborhood because Mr. Cobbins does his research.
